Please schedule move-out cleaning 1-2 weeks in advance.

When scheduled for a move-out, please turn on the self-clean on your oven the day before so it has time to cool and it can be cleaned the next day. If you do not have a self-clean button on your oven please let us know. Caution: If oven has not had enough time to cool, the oven glass door can break when being wiped.

Windows/light fixtures/ ceiling fans over 8 feet tall we cannot do.

Payment must be paid at the beginning or end of cleaning that day. Invoice will be provided for your records.

If you're not satisfied with the job, you have 24 hours to contact us.

Defrost and clean refrigerator inside and outside (including top of fridge and accordion folds on door seals), removing all grease and food particles. Leave the refrigerator on with the door closed.

Clean stove and range hood. Remove crusted-on food and grease from accessible surfaces, drip pans, broiler pan, racks, knobs, and burners. Degrease exhaust fan/range hood.

Exhaust fans throughout need to be cleaned and free of lint and dust.

Remove rust, lime, and water stains from bathroom areas.

***If there are stains than we cannot guarantee it will come off.

Lifting shower drain covers to remove hair and other built-up soap/dirt particles so that no blockages to drain are present.

Clean out dead bugs or debris inside the light globes/covers.

Remove nails/tape/staples from all walls and doors. Restore walls to move-in condition (fill and repaint holes).

We do not use a razor blade to clean stovetops.
